Tara Ciecko

Owner

CK Golf continues to help golf courses to achieve their goals and tell their stories. Tara’s strengths include development and execution of marketing plans, content creation, customer feedback, data collection and project leadership. Prior to the launch of CK Golf Tara had previous golf experience as a Sales Manager, Golf Shop Manager, Marketing Manager and a Tournament Coordinator. Tara writes newsletter and website content for up to 15 courses every month, and still loves doing it after 18+ years. She is also our team’s travel planner and continues to live ‘location independent’.

Trevor Peverley

Marketing Lead

Trevor brings extensive experience in building integrated marketing campaigns that support both brand growth and revenue outcomes. His expertise includes website development, search engine optimization (SEO), paid and organic digital campaigns, marketing automation, email strategy, social media management, and analytics-driven reporting. With a background in golf shop and course restaurant operations, Trevor has a practical understanding of the customer journey within the golf industry. His lifelong connection to the game informs a strategic, industry specific approach to supporting clients and advancing digital initiatives at CK Golf. Outside of work Trevor enjoys composing, performing, and recording music, bringing creativity and attention to detail to every project.

CK Golf was founded to support golf course owners and operators at a time when many courses were facing difficult market conditions. With deep experience in golf operations and business strategy, we saw an opportunity to bring modern marketing best practices to the industry in a way that was both practical and effective.

Over the past 18 years, we’ve worked with private, semi-private, and public facilities of all sizes — refining our approach and building a reputation for getting results that matter. Jeff Ciecko Benevolent Fund

Jeff Ciecko co-founded CK Golf with a passion for helping golf course owners and operators succeed. When his life was cut short, the outpouring of support and desire to honour his legacy sparked something bigger. The Jeff Ciecko Benevolent Fund was created to provide financial relief to NGCOA Canada member facility employees and their families facing unexpected hardships. That same spirit of care, connection, and community inspired the creation of the NGCOA Canada Foundation that now supports golf course employees in crisis, funds education for future industry leaders, and invests in the long-term strength and sustainability of the Canadian golf industry.
