Rustico Farm & Cellars
The Rustico winery is located in Oliver, B.C. on an area know as the Golden Mile Bench. We visited the winery back in the spring of 2013 and have since reordered from them. You can read our previous blog about the whole experience here

Rustico Doc’s Buggy
This day we chose one of our favourite’s from Rustic0, the 2008 Doc’s Buggy Pinot Noir. It gets its name from the vintage 1902 Baynes Carriage, “Doc’s Buggy” beside the tasting room at the winery. There is more to the whole Rustico story that you can read here, but we would suggest you visit the winery and hear owner Bruce Fuller tell it!

2008 Rustico Doc’s Buggy Pinot Noir
The Pinot Noir is a little darker in colour than you might expect, but there is the abundance of a variety of berries in the smell. The taste is full of darker fruit and was very smooth with a hint of peppery spice on the finish. We really enjoyed this wine and at $24.99 per bottle recommend you give it a try.
