Arrowleaf Cellars
We’ve been to Arrowleaf Cellars a few times before, but I think the last time was in 2013 (the last time we blogged about it anyway). You can read our previous posts Arrowleaf Bacchus and Arrowleaf Solstice by clicking the links. Arrowleaf Cellars is a boutique winery located in Lake Country, BC (just North of Kelowna). The winery opened its doors in the Spring of 2003.

We both remembered loving the Arrowleaf Bacchus, but we have not had it for quite some time. We also had full intent, after our tasting of course, to purchase the Bacchus. However as things happen in a wine tasting and no doubt with our pallets having changed, we decided on the 2018 Pinot Gris as our ‘new’ favourite. We actually sat on the patio and enjoyed a glass with a lake view before we left.

You never know when you get ‘home’ if the wine will be as good as you remember it being hen you tasted it. Well, for us, this one was even better! With apple and peach flavours it was very smooth with little to no ‘pucker’ feeling on the way down. We really enjoyed the bottle (and wish we had another). At $20.80 this is a must purchase and taste wine in our opinion.
