Step 2 – Intensive Tune-up
CK Golf will provide all of the analysis from Step 1 as well as visit your site for 3 to 5 days of intensive review, meeting and planning sessions to give your business the tools it needs to succeed. Discussions will cover all areas relevant to your operations – green fee/membership pricing strategies, course maintenance practices, staffing levels, sales training, retail, food and beverage, advertising, board/management roles, goal setting, accountability and more. We will leave your facility with a plan and the tools to succeed.
